And I see just a little bit of a gap between the ease of those platforms with integrating with other consumer software and the ability of them to integrate with CRM software, business software, and I think that this is one spot where Daylite could do a little bit of a better job integrating. So a lot of my lead generation starts on other platforms, sometimes even social media messengers and things like that. One of the main spots where I think Daylite could improve is in their integration with other software. So I appreciate that they've kept it very usable the whole way through. Because I don't always have the time as an individual freelancer as the sole member of my business to customize software the way that say a sales team might need.

What I like most about Daylite for Mac is that they've struck a very nice balance between the amount of features that you have, the amount that you can customize the program, and how usable it really is on a day-to-day basis between all my devices. So the main thing that I use Daylite for is to synchronize my calendars, my contacts, and my notes about the clients that I'm interacting with and the leads that I find between all my different devices and so that I have one centralized platform for it.
